Where to get the file
- Razorpay: Dashboard, Reports, Payments. Tick Fee and Tax. Download CSV.
- Cashfree: Payment Gateway, Transactions, Export. Include service charge and service tax.
- Stripe: Reports, Balance, Balance change from activity. Download CSV.
- Anything else: a CSV with a header line and columns for amount, fee and status works.
How it works, and what it does not do
Every figure comes from your own file. We do not compare you with a price list, so we cannot be out of date on what a gateway charges. Savings shown are the size of a gap in your own numbers, not a promise. Zerotoco never sees your file.
