What we collect

Account details: your name and email address. Billing records: your plan, payment status, invoices and billing country. Card details are handled by our payment providers, Dodo Payments and Cashfree Payments; we never see or store full card numbers.

Messages you send us, including your email address so the reply can reach you.

Data from your website

When you install the tracking script on your website, we process page views on your behalf. You are the controller of your visitors' data; we are the processor, and we follow your instructions. You are responsible for telling your visitors about this in your own privacy notice.

Visitor emails are stored encrypted. An optional cookieless mode stores nothing in the visitor's browser.

Cookies on our own site

Our own site uses only a strictly necessary sign-in session cookie (sid, HttpOnly, 30 days). We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign-in, analytics, tracked links, forms, feedback and billing.
• To email you about your account and changes to the service.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of providers to run the service, each only for its part. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (international) and Cashfree Payments (India). Full card details never reach us.

How long we keep it

Your data stays while your account is open. You can export all of it at any time as JSON and CSV, including for 30 days after you cancel; we then delete it within 30 more days, except billing records we must keep by law (8 years for Indian tax law).

Your choices and rights

You can see and export your data any time. Write to us to correct it, close your account, or delete personal data we hold about you.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
