Terms of service
Last updated 1 November 2026
These are the plain-language terms for Zerotoco, the web app at zerotoco.com. Please read them; you accept them when you sign up or sign in.
1. About these terms
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Fusionminds Technologies Private Limited (“Zerotoco”, “we”, “us”) for using Zerotoco: the website zerotoco.com and the related dashboards, emails and APIs (together, the “service”).
You accept them when you sign up or sign in, or when you use the service. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and “you” means that business too. You must be at least 18 years old.
Our privacy policy, refund and cancellation policy and delivery policy form part of these terms.
2. The service
Zerotoco is a web app for people who run online products. One account and one subscription give access to all the features (we call them “experiences”): website analytics with revenue attribution from payment providers, tracked links for each social post, waitlists and forms with referrals, a public feedback board with a roadmap and changelog, import from other analytics tools, and export of all your account data at any time as JSON and CSV.
A free plan is available with limits, and a paid subscription is billed monthly or yearly. Some experiences are only on paid plans, as shown on the pricing page.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Give us accurate details and keep your email address current, because notices about your account and billing go there.
You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away at support@zerotoco.com if you think someone else has access.
4. Tracking on your sites
When you install the tracking script on your website, you decide what to measure, and we process your visitors' data on your behalf and on your instructions. You are the controller of your visitors' data; we are the processor.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that measurement and for telling your visitors about it in your own privacy notice. Visitor emails are stored encrypted. An optional cookieless mode stores nothing in the visitor's browser.
5. Payments
Payments for the subscription are taken by Dodo Payments (international, cards) and Cashfree Payments (India: UPI, cards, net banking). Full card details never reach us.
Prices are shown in USD or INR on the pricing page; taxes apply as required (GST in India).
6. Plans and billing
- Monthly: the price is locked at signup for as long as the subscription stays active, and covers the experiences available when it started; experiences added later can be added by switching plan.
- Yearly: covers every experience added during the paid year automatically.
- Cancel any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period; no further charges.
7. Refunds
Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms takes away refund rights the law gives you.
8. Bounties
You can request a new experience and pledge a one-time amount towards it. A bounty closes when its target is reached.
- If a bounty is funded, we build and ship a first version within the delivery time shown on the bounty (default 60 days after funding); pledgers then get lifetime access to that experience, and only that one.
- If a bounty is not funded within 90 days, or a funded one is not delivered on time, or we decline it, every pledge is refunded in full.
- Pledges are not refundable after the experience ships.
9. Your data
You keep ownership of your account data. You can export all of it at any time as JSON and CSV, including for 30 days after you cancel; we then delete it within 30 more days, except billing records we must keep by law (8 years for Indian tax law).
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post illegal content, spam, malware or phishing;
- scrape our service or resell access to it;
- track sites you do not own or manage;
- collect sensitive personal data through forms (health, financial account numbers, government IDs);
- circumvent limits, or abuse bounty refunds.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may pause it for maintenance or change features.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Law, disputes and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
Complaints can be sent to our grievance officer, Grievance Officer, at support@zerotoco.com. We aim to resolve them within 15 days.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change matters, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
