Zerotoco is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically.
When you get access
Paid plans are delivered to your account online, usually within a minute of a successful payment. You'll see the plan in your dashboard and get an email receipt.
Bounties
When a bounty for a new experience is funded, we build and ship a first version within the delivery time shown on the bounty (default 60 days after funding). Pledgers then get lifetime access to that experience.
If access doesn't appear
If a payment went through but your plan isn't showing after 30 minutes, write to us at support@zerotoco.com with the payment details and we'll fix it the same business day, or refund you.
